To receive your IZY x Postcode insulated bottle or mug, you need to follow these steps:
- Choose an IZY Insulated Bottle 500 ml or IZY Insulated Mug 350 ml
- Choose one of the 4 colours
- Choose a city/town and place your order
- Enter your personal code at checkout. This cancels all costs
- Place your order
- You'll receive your IZY insulated bottle or mug within two weeks

Can I choose between a bottle and a mug?
Yes. You decide for yourself: IZY insulated bottle (500 ml) or IZY insulated mug (350 ml).
Both are stainless steel, leak-proof, and the bottle keeps drinks 12 hours hot / 24 hours cold, while the mug keeps drinks 6 hours hot / 12 hours cold. While ordering, you'll see a preview before you confirm.

Do I have to pay shipping costs or extras?
No, shipping is completely free for you as a winner.

When will my order be delivered?
We make your IZY insulated bottle or IZY insulated mug specially to order with your chosen neighbourhood. You'll receive your prize within 10 working days of ordering. As soon as the package is on its way, you'll get a track & trace by email.
