How can I contact your customer service?
You can always reach us via email at support@izybottles.com or via the contact form on this page. We usually respond within a few hours on weekdays – and always within 24 hours.

What should I do if my product arrived damaged or defective?
We will of course solve this properly. Send us an email with your order number and a photo of the defect, and we will ensure a quick replacement or a suitable solution.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days to return your order – unused and in original packaging. Send us a message and we will send you the return instructions right away. Return costs are at your own expense, unless it is an error on our part.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders placed on workdays before 18:00 will be shipped the same day. Delivery in the Netherlands usually takes 1 working day. For Belgium and Germany it takes 1-2 working days.
