IZY is a Dutch brand that develops stylish, reusable thermos flasks, mugs and accessories. Each product is designed for daily use, with attention to design, sustainability and ease of use. Our goal? Contributing to a more sustainable life and a more beautiful world.

What makes Izy different from other brands ?
At IZY we combine aesthetics with impact. IZY bottles keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours or hot for 12 hours, are produced CO₂ neutral and ensure a donation of 1000 times the bottle content to clean drinking water with every purchase. Our collections are created in collaboration with leading brands, museums and artists. Thanks to our in-house high-end print studio, the bottles can be fully personalized all around and in full color - fast, razor-sharp and unique.

What does it mean that IZY is CO2 neutral ?
We compensate all CO₂ emissions released during production, transport and delivery in collaboration with OneTreePlanted. We do this by planting trees and supporting sustainable projects worldwide. In this way, every purchase contributes to a greener planet - without additional burden on the environment.

How does the donation of clean drinking water ? work
For every bottle sold, we donate – via the Made Blue Foundation – 1000 times its contents in clean drinking water for people who need it most. A 500 ml bottle is therefore equivalent to 500 litres of clean water. In this way, together we make a tangible contribution to a better world.

Where are Izy products made ?
The production of our bottles takes place in carefully selected factories in China, where we ensure good working conditions and high quality standards. The printing, assembly and personalization are done in our own studio in the Netherlands.

I can also order for business from Izy ?
We work closely with companies, museums, sports clubs and event organisations. Thanks to our unique in-house printing technique, we can personalise the bottles completely all around and in full colour – even from small quantities. Ideal as a business gift, Christmas gift or merchandise.

Which brands works with ? with
We work with leading brands such as PIP Studio and Heinen Delfts Blauw, but also with museums, football clubs and illustrators. These collaborations result in unique collections with their own story and character.

Where are the products of IZY for sale ?
IZY products are available via the official webshop, selected (concept) stores, museum shops and gift shops at home and abroad. They are also part of loyalty programs and are used as promotional gifts by companies.

How do I clean my IZY best ?
We recommend rinsing the IZY bottle or mug with warm water after each use. Use some mild dishwashing liquid occasionally to clean everything thoroughly. Then let the bottle dry thoroughly, preferably with the cap off - this prevents odors and keeps everything nice and fresh.

May my IZY in the dishwasher ?
Yes, that is possible. Please note that washing by hand is better to keep the print and the insulating effect beautiful.

How long will my drink stay hot or cold in my IZY bottle or Mugs ?
Our bottles keep your drink cold for up to 24 hours or hot for 12 hours. For best results, preheat the bottle with hot water (for hot drinks) or cool it down with cold water (for cold drinks). Our mugs keep your drink warm for about 6 hours or cold for 12 hours, depending on the contents.

For which drinks can I use my IZY ?
IZY is ideal for water, coffee, tea, smoothies and even soup. The 100% leak-proof and insulating properties mean you can take the bottle with you in your bag without any worries – to work, school, the gym or just on the go. NB: We do not recommend using perishable dairy products, especially in warm temperatures.

How do I clean the cap or drinking lid ?
We recommend cleaning the cap or drinking lid by hand. Use a soft brush or sponge with warm water and a little mild dishwashing liquid. Don't forget the inside - sometimes there can be some residue. Let everything dry thoroughly before screwing the cap back on the bottle.

Is my IZY completely leak -free ?
All our bottles and mugs are designed to be completely leak-proof – as long as the cap or drinking lid is closed properly. So always screw it on tightly before putting the bottle or mug in your bag.

Can I use my IZY for carbonated drinks ?
Yes, the bottles can carbonated drinks on. Be sure to tighten the cap tightly and hold the bottle upright when opening to control pressure build-up – especially with strong carbonated beverages.

How long does my IZY last ?
With proper use and regular maintenance, an IZY product will last for years. Our bottles are made of high-quality stainless steel and finished with strong coatings or prints. The lifespan depends on use - with hand washing and a little care, the bottle will stay beautiful for longer.

What if there is an attack or scent in my IZY ?
Don't worry! Fill the bottle with warm water and a little vinegar or baking soda and let it sit for a few hours (or overnight). Then rinse well and let it dry. This way, odors, deposits and any discoloration will disappear.

Can I order spare parts, such as a cap or lid ?
Is something broken or lost? Then it is possible to order a replacement cap or drinking lid on our website.

What are the shipping costs at IZY ?
Within the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders over €20. For orders under €20, we charge a small contribution to the shipping costs. During checkout, the exact shipping costs are always clearly displayed, so you will never be faced with surprises.

How quickly will my order be sent ?
Orders placed on workdays before 13:00 will be shipped the same day and delivered 1 workday later. Of course we are dependent on the delivery services.

What delivery services does Izy work with ?
For shipping within the Netherlands, DPD and GLS are mainly used. For international shipments, reliable carriers are used, such as DHL or UPS - depending on the country of destination. After shipping, a track & trace code is always provided to easily track the package.

I receive a track & trace link ?
Yes, as soon as the order leaves the warehouse, a shipping confirmation is automatically sent by email. This contains a track & trace link with which the package can be easily followed, including the expected delivery date.

Shipping IZY also to countries other than the Netherlands ?
Sure. We ship to almost all European countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery time are calculated automatically during checkout, based on the delivery address you provide. Please note that international shipments usually take a little longer to arrive than domestic orders.

What should I do if my order has been damaged ?
That is of course annoying. We would like to solve this as soon as possible. Send an e-mail to within 5 days of receipt support@izybottles.com met the order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging. We always provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied ?
Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in the original packaging. We always strive for 100% satisfaction. Please note: Personalized products cannot be returned, because they are specially made to measure.

How do I return a product ?
Send an email to support@izybottles.com met the order number and the reason for return. We will then send you all the instructions for the return process. The costs for return shipping are in principle at your own expense, unless it concerns an incorrect or damaged delivery - then we will cover those costs.

When will the purchase amount be refunded after return ?
Once the return has been received and checked, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible. The refund will be made via the same payment method as the order was placed. If you paid with a gift card, the amount will be returned in the form of a credit note.

Can I change or cancel my order ?
As long as the order has not been shipped, it is possible to change or cancel the order. To do this, please contact us as soon as possible via support@izybottles.com en Please mention the order number. Is the package already on its way? Then it can still be returned after receipt within the 30-day reflection period.

I have a guarantee on my IZY product ?
Yes, every IZY product has a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Within this period, we will provide repair, replacement or a suitable solution for defects caused by production or material errors.

What is covered by the ? warranty
The warranty covers defects that have arisen due to errors in the production process or the material. Examples of this are problems with the insulation, leakage during normal use or a closure that does not function properly.

What is not covered by the ? warranty
Damage caused by improper use, falling, bumping, cleaning in the dishwasher, normal wear and tear or discoloration due to intensive use is not covered by the warranty. The warranty also does not apply to personalized products where an incorrect design has been approved in advance by the customer.

How can I claim warranty ?
Send an email to support@izybottles.com met the order number, a clear description of the problem and clear photos of the product. Based on this, we will assess the situation and look for a suitable solution. We always aim to respond within 3 working days.

What should I do if the product is not purchased via the IZY web shop ?
The original seller is responsible for handling the warranty. Did you buy your IZY product via a store or other webshop? Then contact that point of sale first. Are they unable to resolve the issue? Then we will of course be happy to help you.

How long does it take before my warranty claim is handled ?
After receiving your report, we will respond within 1 to 3 business days. Is the warranty claim approved? Then we usually send the replacement product within a few business days.

I have to return my product with a warranty claim ?
In some cases we ask you to return the product for inspection. We always report this in advance during the processing of the request. If the warranty claim is approved, we will reimburse the shipping costs.

My warranty has expired, but my product is broken. What now ?
Even after the warranty period has expired, you can always contact us. We are happy to think along with you about a suitable solution - such as a discount on a replacement product or the possibility to order individual parts. Service is our main focus, even after your purchase.

Which payment methods accepts izy ?
We offer various safe and user-friendly payment methods. Payment is possible via iDEAL, Klarna, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. During checkout you can easily choose the desired payment method.

Is paying on the website Veilig ?
Our website uses the latest security technologies, including SSL encryption, to protect personal and payment information. So you can place orders with peace of mind. We never share data with third parties, unless this is strictly necessary for processing the payment.

How does the payment work via iDEAL ?
iDEAL is one of the most used payment methods in the Netherlands. During checkout you can select iDEAL, after which your own bank is selected. The payment is made via the trusted banking environment and is processed immediately. As soon as your payment is successful, the order is confirmed.

I can also pay via PayPal ?
Yes, payment via PayPal is safe and easy. PayPal can be selected as a payment method during checkout. With an existing PayPal account, you can log in directly to complete the payment. PayPal also offers extra purchase protection, which makes it a popular choice.

I get an invoice from my order ?
After completing the order, we will automatically send you a digital invoice by email. The invoice contains all details, such as the order number, the payment method and the total amount. The invoice can also be found in the personal account on our website.

Can I adjust or correct my payment ?
Did you make a mistake when filling in the payment details or has the payment method changed? Please contact us as soon as possible via support@izybottles.com. ZolaIf we have not yet processed the order, the payment can be adjusted.

What happens if my payment does not work ?
If a payment is not successful, a message will usually appear explaining the reason. This could be due to insufficient funds, a temporary outage or a problem with the payment provider.
