Delivery times

When you place an order before 13:00 on a working day (Monday-Friday), it will be shipped the same day.

Which company will my order be shipped with?

GLS is the company we use for our shipments. We use GLS because of the reliability of fast shipping and on-time delivery.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge €4.99 shipping costs for orders under €20 euros. We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €20!

Can my package be tracked?

We ship the order with a track and trace code. This means that the order can be followed at any time from the moment it is picked up.

Will my order fit through the letterbox?

No, unfortunately it does not fit through the letterbox. If you are not at home, GLS will try to deliver the package to the neighbours. If this fails, the delivery person will come the next day to try again.

Returns

Of course we hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase. Although we do our best every day, it is possible that something went wrong with your order or with your received products. Returning an item is of course no problem at all! There are, however, some conditions that you must observe:

* Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase.
* The original packaging is still undamaged.
* The item is complete, not used, and not damaged.
* The item is in the original product packaging.

3. When you have received the tracking code, you must share it with us via email in response to our agreement on the return.
