Shipping

IZY works with DHL as its shipping partner. All shipments made by IZY include both a tracking number and insurance for the value of the package.

The estimated delivery time, in working days, is as follows:

Netherlands – 1–2 working days
Belgium – 1–2 working days
Germany – 1–2 working days
Austria – 2–3 working days
Denmark – 2–3 working days
France – 2–3 working days
Sweden – 2–3 working days
Hungary – 3–4 working days

Free shipping within the Netherlands from €40
Belgium = €4.95
Germany = €4.95
Austria = €4.95
Denmark = €4.95
France = €4.95
Sweden = €4.95
Hungary = €4.95

Note: Orders will only be shipped once payment has been received and approved by IZY. Delivery to PO boxes is not possible.

Incorrect address
If the package cannot be delivered due to an error in the provided address, and the package is returned by the carrier, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer (not according to the table above). The price of the ordered items will be refunded once IZY has received the returned goods. IZY will contact you once the items have been received.

Availability
We do our best to keep the stock on our website up to date. Unfortunately, it may happen that certain items are no longer available. In that case, the payment will be automatically refunded. You will also receive a notification stating that the desired item is out of stock.

Payments
IZY accepts the following payment methods: iDeal, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Belfius Direct Net, KBC/CBC, Bancontact/Mister Cash, Sofort banking, and all direct bank transfers.

Customs
Orders shipped outside the Netherlands may be subject to different legislation. IZY does not take responsibility for any additional fees or delays of the shipped items.

Exchanges & Refunds

Return policy
Please always notify IZY in advance via info@izybottles.com if you would like to return an item or if you are eligible for a refund. We kindly ask you to do this before returning the item.

Our policy is valid for the first 14 days after the purchase of the product. After these 14 days, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to request a refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
