IZY uses MyParcel as a partner for its shipments. All shipments made by IZY come with both a tracking number and insurance for the cost of the package.

The estimated delivery time, in working days, is as follows:

Netherlands – 1-2 business days
Belgium – 2-3 working days
Germany – 2-3 business days
Austria – 2-4 business days
Denmark – 2-4 business days
France – 2-3 business days
Sweden - 3-5 working days
Hungria – 3-5 business days

Postage costs
Free shipping within the Netherlands from €25
Austria = € 6.95
Denmark = € 6.95
France = € 6.95
Sweden = € 6.95
Hungary = €6.95
Note: the ordered items will only be shipped when the payment has been received and approved by IZY. Delivery to PO box addresses is not possible.

Wrong adress
In the event that the package cannot be delivered due to an error in the specified address, and when the package has been returned by the relevant parcel service, the shipping costs will be recovered from the customer (not per table above). The price of the ordered items will be returned when IZY has received the ordered items back. IZY will contact you to inform you when the ordered items have been received.

Availability
We do our best to keep the stock on our website up to date. Unfortunately, it is possible that some items on our website are no longer in stock. If this is the case, the payment will be automatically refunded; the return of your payment includes a notification stating that the desired item is no longer in stock.

Payments
IZY accepts the following payment options: iDeal, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Belfius Direct Net, KBC/CBC, Bancontact/Mister cash, Sofort banking and all direct transfers.

Customs
Orders shipped outside the Netherlands may be subject to amended legislation. IZY takes no responsibility for any kind of additional fee(s) or delay(s) of the shipped items.

Exchange and Refund

Return Policy
Always inform IZY at info@izybottles.com in case you want to return an item or if you are eligible for a refund. We ask that you do this before returning the item.

Our policy applies for the first 14 days after purchasing the product. After these 14 days it is unfortunately no longer possible to be eligible for a refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or purchase.

Restituties
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@izybottles.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
