Who is IZY?

We are a thermos/mugs brand that wants to make an impact in keeping our beautiful planet clean and healthy. We do this by producing and selling environmentally friendly thermos bottles and thermos mugs. In addition, for every purchase we donate 1000x the content of every sale in clean drinking water to Made Blue's water projects, and we are 100% CO2 neutral.

What is our mission?

More nature, less plastic. Everyone in the world deserves to have access to clean and fresh water. Unfortunately, that is not yet obvious everywhere in the world. We don't think that's possible! That is why we donate 1000x the content of this IZY in clean drinking water to Made Blue's water projects for every IZY sold. In addition, we are a CO2 neutral company, for every thermos bottle produced we compensate 100% of the emissions from planting trees in Ethiopia. Did you know that 1 IZY saves 150 plastic bottles per year? So drink reusable!

What sizes are the IZYs available in?

Our bottles are available in the following sizes:

  • IZY thermos flasks: 500ML
  • IZY Mugs: 350ML
  • IZY children's thermos: 350ML
Where are IZY bottles made from?

IZYs are made of 304 stainless steel. This is a durable material that ensures that drinks can be safely stored at the right temperature! The IZYs are also BPA-free, so you can enjoy your drink without any worries! In addition, stainless steel is environmentally friendly, because this material is 100% reusable.

Product use & Aftercare

How do I wash an IZY?

1. Wash the thermos flask by hand

To enjoy your IZY for as long as possible, we recommend washing the bottle by hand. This will guarantee the quality!

2. Use warm water and mild detergent

Add some warm water and a mild detergent (e.g. washing-up liquid or soap) to the thermos flask and clean it thoroughly with a brush or a clean tea towel.

3. Allow the thermos to dry thoroughly with the cap off

After washing, make sure you let the thermos dry thoroughly, both inside and out. This helps to prevent bacteria and to prevent unpleasant odors from developing.

Is the bottle dishwasher safe?

NO! We do not recommend washing your IZY in the dishwasher. This is because the bottle's vacuum technology can break, and the dishwasher can also damage the bottle's coating.

Which liquids can be used in an IZY?

Drinks such as coffee, tea, water, juices, alcoholic drinks, carbonated drinks and milk can be stored in an IZY. We recommend for the storage of carbonated drinks not to shake the bottle too much and to open the bottle carefully, as there may be pressure on the cap. Take care when storing coffee, tea and milk. We strongly recommend washing the bottle as soon as possible after use to enjoy a clean thermos for longer!

How long will my drink stay hot/cold?
  • IZY thermos flasks: 12 hours hot & 24 hours cold
  • IZY mugs: 6 hours hot & 24 hours cold
  • IZY Kids thermos: cold for 24 hours
Can an IZY go in the freezer/fridge/microwave?

We do not recommend this. Our products are made of double-walled insulation, so that the outside temperature has no influence on the contents of the IZY. In addition, the vacuum function of the bottle can break when the IZY is put in the freezer. You can of course add ice cubes to your drink to keep the contents cool!

Are IZYs 100% leak-proof?

The IZYs are 100% leak-proof, so you can go on the road with peace of mind without having to worry about your bottle leaking :)

Shipping & returns

What is the delivery time of my IZY?

Orders placed on working days before 13:00 will be shipped the same day! If you have placed the order after 13:00, we can no longer guarantee shipment on the same day.

How is my IZY shipped?

Within the Netherlands, all IZY's are delivered by GLS. We chose GLS as a parcel carrier because this company has a high on-time delivery and is very reliable.

Can I still cancel/change my order?

Once an order has been placed, it can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing it. Changing an order is not possible. If you want to change an order, we advise you to cancel the order and place it again.

My package has not been delivered, what should I do?

We are sorry to read that your IZY has not yet been delivered. We send an e-mail after every order in which you can track your package with a track and trace code. Does this track & trace not provide any information about where your package is? Then we recommend that you email us at

Mention in the email your order number and that your package has not yet arrived, our team will contact you as soon as possible.

I have not received a confirmation email, what now?

Oh how annoying to read! Have you already checked the spam inbox? It can sometimes happen that the emails from IZY end up there. If this is not the case either, please send an email to

I received a different IZY than the one I ordered, what should I do?

We are sorry to read that you received the wrong IZY! Please contact us at and state your order number + which item you received in the email. Our team will send you the right IZY as soon as possible!

Can I track my package after placing an order?

After placing your order you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code, so you know exactly where your IZY is!

Do you also ship to countries outside the Netherlands?

Of course! We deliver all over the world. This way everyone around the world can enjoy with an IZY.

Can I return my order?

Of course we hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase. Although we do our best every day, it is possible that something went wrong with your order or with your received products. Returning an item is of course no problem at all! There are, however, some conditions that you must observe:

* Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase.
* The original packaging is still undamaged.
* The item is complete, not used, and not damaged.
* The item is in the original product packaging.

3. When you have received the tracking code, you must share it with us via email in response to our agreement on the return.

My order arrived damaged, what now?

We are sorry to read that your IZY arrived damaged! But don't panic, you can email us at: Please include the following in the email:

  • Order number
  • Items that are damaged
  • Photos showing the damage + brief explanation.

We will contact you as soon as possible about how to solve this problem.


My bottle is not working properly, what now?

The IZYs are made to enjoy for a lifetime. Have you discovered a problem with your IZY? Then you are entitled to a 2-year manufacturer's warranty that applies from the date of purchase.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • General wear and tear of the IZY. (scratches and dents from dropping)
  • Damage caused by unusual cleaning/maintenance. (The bottle has been damaged by the dishwasher or has been stored in the freezer.)
  • Disassembly, modifications by third parties. (products engraved afterwards)

How long am I entitled to warranty?

You have a 2-year warranty on your IZY! The warranty is valid on manufacturing defects, and therefore not on defects that have arisen through daily use.

Can I have my IZY personalized by another party?

After purchasing an IZY you are 100% owner of the bottle and you can decide for yourself what you do with the bottle :) Please note! When you make changes to the bottle, the warranty of the IZY expires immediately.

Do you also have a repair service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a repair service, this is because our products are made of stainless steel. This makes it difficult to repair the product.


Which payment methods do you accept?

In fact, we accept almost all forms of payment! We accept the following ways:
