Which liquids can be used in an IZY?

Drinks such as coffee, tea, water, juices, alcoholic drinks, carbonated drinks and milk can be stored in an IZY.

We recommend for the storage of carbonated drinks not to shake the bottle too much and to open the bottle carefully, as there may be pressure on the cap.

My bottle is not working properly, what now?

The IZY's are made to enjoy for a lifetime. Have you discovered a problem with your IZY? Then you are entitled to a 2-year manufacturer's warranty that applies from the date of purchase.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • General wear and tear of the IZY. (scratches, dents and cracks from dropping)
  • Damage caused by unusual cleaning/maintenance. (The bottle has been damaged by the dishwasher or has been stored in the freezer.)
  • Disassembly, modifications by third parties. (products engraved afterwards)
